Rooms are not furnished, but will include room fans. Rent price does not include utilities, tenant will be responsible for this.
Home will be freshly painted before tenants move in.

Interested renters will need to complete an application, which includes a background check. Interested applicants will need to cover the application fee themselves. The application fee will not be refunded if not chosen nor will it be discounted from monthly rent nor security deposit.
Lease will be a for 1-year term. First month's rent and security deposit will be due at signing. Renter is responsible for the utilities. Renter will need to present proof of Renter's insurance. More of lease terms will be discussed with the contract.
No Smoking allowed.
Parking community rules must be followed- cars may only park in designated areas.
Trash and recycling bins must remain inside the garage per the HOA guidelines.
If any HOA guidelines are violated, the renter will be responsible for the incurred fees.
Tenant will be responsible for general cleaning and maintenance of the interior of the home, including but not limited to all appliances, ceiling fans, pendant lights, etc.
Tenants will be required to promptly report any major concerns/issues that need to be addressed/fixed/corrected by the landlord.
